Privacy notice

Property Maintenance Platform is a proposed product in early development. This site exists to understand whether property teams want it. This notice explains what we collect and why.

Anonymous usage analytics

When you visit, we set a first-party cookie containing a random identifier, plus a short-lived session cookie. We use them to count unique visitors, sessions and page views, and to see which pages and buttons are used. We also record the referring website and any campaign (UTM) parameters in the link you followed. We do not use browser fingerprinting, third-party advertising trackers, or your IP address to identify you.

Survey answers

Answers to the early-access questions are saved as you go, so we can learn from partially completed surveys too. Until you choose to share contact details, these answers are anonymous.

Contact details

If you join the early-access list, we store your name, work email, company and (optionally) phone number, linked to your survey answers and earlier anonymous activity on this site. We use them only to contact you about the early-access program and product research. We don't sell them.

Your choices

You can clear cookies in your browser at any time. To ask us to delete your details, reply to any email we send you and we'll remove them.
